Throughout spring and summer when I have spare time, I browse my yard and garden for 'interesting' photo subjects. This includes unusual looking
insects and an occasional flower when the light is right. When an insect isn't agreeable and won't sit patiently while I set-up, focus and shoot,
I'll catch it with a small net and put it in the fridge - restricted, of course, from getting to my food. After five or ten minutes, I'll bring
it back out and quickly take a few shots before it warms up enough to recover and move away.
