Sabiote is a small town not far from the World Heritage site of Ubeda, Spain. The town still has some of its ancient
walls of fortifications, city gates, and a castle dating to the 1500's. The area around the town is agricultural, with
olive orchards stretching for as far as the eye can see. Archeological evidence indicates the area
has been occupied since the Bronze Age.
