Pisac's Ruins |
Peru |
| Winay-Wayna is an extensive set of Incan ruins that can be visited at the end of the last full day of the Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu. Although many trekkers are quite tired of the trail by this time and have their first opportunity to enjoy cold drinks at a concession stand nearby, these beautiful ruins should not be missed. These are some of the most extensive and well-preserved ruins in Peru. And they're situated overlooking some of the finest Andean Mountain scenery there is. I hope you enjoy these photos of the Winay Wayna Incan ruins of Peru. |
